2. Account Registration

To use RetroTV, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3. Content

All movies available on RetroTV are in the public domain. We do not claim ownership of these films, but we do own the rights to our optimized versions.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Subscription and Billing

RetroTV offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly: $6.99 per month
• Yearly: $49.99 per year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.
