By using Pocketful, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
Pocketful is an AI-powered application that converts text-based ideas into short-form videos. The App may include features such as audio generation, video creation, and sharing capabilities.
3.1. You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as necessary.
4.1. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App ("User Content").
4.2. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the User Content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5.4. Use the App to generate, upload, or share content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, or otherwise objectionable.
